Default Exhaust Help

I am looking to get the Donaldson Blackwing or the Halltec Tric (not the bottom breather) and wanted to add a new exhaust system as well. I was looking at the Magnaflow exhaust system and x pipe because it does not require cutting or welding. I was wondering if anyone can offer any information on the Magnaflow system versus other systems in quality, performance, sound, and overall customer service. I know I will get a lot of varying opinions as to what exhaust is better, but I am hoping everyone will keep this friendly because I just want to gather some more information prior to making my purchase. Thank you everyone for you help.

The Magnaflow X-pipe certainly does require cutting, but welding is not required. The only both on x-pipes are from Bassani and Random Tech.

I went with Corsa Touring exhaust. I'm happy with the results. Not sure what HP increase, if any, I received but I like the looks and sound. I did the install on the lift in my garagae. I'm not all that gifted as a mechanic but the removal and installation of the cat back system seemed to go just fine. I like the posished mufflers much better than the stock black ones.

Quake,

We carry the Bassani, Magnaflow, SLP, and B&B systems. And the magnaflow system is 100% stainless steel and is a very high quality piece. It does have an x-pipe but you do have to cut to make it fit. Not a hard install though. We visited both Bassani and Magnaflow and saw their systems being made and both are top notch. The magnaflow is considerably cheaper than the bassani. Both offer an X-pipe system and the bassani offers a filler pipe so their is no cutting involved with the whole system. Hopefully this helps you. I believe that the magnaflow is as good as the b&b and the bassani, only downfall is some don't like the center plate between the pipes in the rear. Check them out on our website we stock all three systems.

Thanks
