The track that is close to my house is only a 1/8 mile track but it was still fun as hell! Here they are, reaction .714 @ 8.333 @ 87.92mph! I think that is pretty good for a 99 hard top with halltec tric and corsa's ONLY! That was my best time of the day! BTW that was on stock runcraps.
BTW the 60 foot times were in the 2.062 to 2.2 range!
Are these times about right for my mods!
I was at the brainard drag strip in east ridge GA. it is only about 30 min. from my house! If any one is going to steele alabama I would love to hook up and go to a 1/4 mile track!
Anybody ever visit the dragstrip in Jackson, South Carolina... its about 30 min. east of Augusta Georgia...
1/4mi track... I've turned high 12's low 13's on my Ducati 748, I expect it could do a lot better... But I'm not that great at riding wheelies! (too afraid of looping it from the launch).
When I went to Reynolds I ran a 12.82 in the 1/4, my 1/8 time was 8.35, so you are in the 12's easy
Silver Dollar raceway? In the pecan field? We find traction a problem there so your 12.82 is pretty respectable!
Yeah, I sorta like the track but always have problems hooking there, still managed a couple of 2.0 60's but consistant 2.1's. I like Steele a lot better, they aren't as strict about the track rules and the place has a black top pit area and parking lot, plus the staging lanes are longer.

The next time we go to Steele, I'll look you up and let you know we are going
A couple of my friends asked me yesterday if I wanted to go, so I assume it is open cause they are going. I don't think I would make it back in time for the Super Bowl other wise I would go
