Got the car up on jackstands and am almost ready to go. But: For a 2003 Z06:
Is the fill plug for the transmission, the same plug that has an electrical connector on the end of it? (The same one I installed the CAGS delete on)? It says "FILL" in big stencil letters next to it, but everything I've read makes no mention of wires running to it, and what I've read suggests it is removed with an empty socket wrench. But with the connctor, there is no way a socket will help. What's the deal? Is this the right bolt?? There's nothing else nearby but again... it doesn't match what I've read anywhere. I'm guessing I just unscrew that sensor/plug and fill through there?
Next, I read one writeup that says the car must be running while the transmission fluid plugs are removed... is this right? If so, at what point do I shut the car off?
Fill the trans with the engine off. The fill plug on the side of the trans does have an electrical connector on it, I believe it's a temp sensor. Just disconnect it and use a socket or use a wrench. An oxygen sensor socket works well.

OK, thanks. I guess all the writeups I looked at, were from people with sensor-less fill plugs. Downside is that I need to go out and buy a new wrench now... i don't have the right size.
