First Post and Ordered Procharger
Greetings everyone,
This is my first post here. I just wanted to say hello and advise that I ordered an ATI Procharger from BPP today for my 99 FRC. The unit won't be installed until late Feb. but I am on the list. Eickland's vert was there and I was able to see the installed product. I liked it and ordered up. :D

The car is bone stock right now except for a Halltech tric/mag as far as performance mods go. I have not had the car very long and am just starting with the mods. After the Procharger, I'll work on the exhaust and some other things. I'm new here I'll play with the sig so I won't be a mystery. Thanks for the warm welcome. :flag

Congrats on the Procharger. Thats one heck of a mod to start out with. One question, I noticed in your sig. you listed HUD. Did you install this yourself?

To answer your question relating to the HUD, I was under the impression that you could not get the HUD on a 99 FRC but it was on mine when I got the car used. I searched the threads on this topic and learned that there were a few late 99's that did have the option, at least that's what some poeple said. I have to believe them because my car is a 99 and it does have the HUD. I'll take it :rolleyes:

I'm not sure what the power output wil be but I doub't that I'll be disapointed. I plan on doing the exhaust and clutch next. I'll enjoy that for a while then down the road I may look into a dedicated larger displacement engine for the sc. :D

Keep us updated on the progress.
Some of the later 99's did indeed ship with the HUD unit.
I just installed a Star StageIII clutch and I'm happy with it so far.
300 more miles to break it in and then its off to the track to see how it holds up. I'm hoping for the best! :yesnod:
