Default Recommend me a stall for this setup....

99 LS1
RPM Level 4 A4 Trans
3.15 Rear Diff
Procharger P1SC at 10psi
ECS Blower Cam

I want to stress this is a street car, driveability is a must. Seldom will I take it to the track, but once in awhile.

If you need anymore info let me know...

I'm pretty close to the same except I have the 3.42 axle.
I chose the Vigilante 2600 triple disc and love it.
99.9% street driven.

A Yank SS3200 would be a nice combo with the 3:15's. I have the 3600 w/ 3:73's and it's perfect.

So if I wanted a street driving car a 3600 stall would work out fine?

Doesn't that mean the car will not move until it is at 3600 rpm and not stay moving under that?

Not sure how that is drivable on the street very easily, maybe highway only at high speed only.

I could see that on a car you would trailer to a track and use if on the track only.

Am I missing something here?

The car will start moving well before 3200 rpms. I have the 3:42 gears and a 2800 Yank Stall. Initially, it felt a "little loose" but you soon get used to it. I rarely notice it now, until I bury the loud pedal. Then it kicks like a mule.

Ask ECS. You haven't posted the cam specs so I would ask them the minimum you can go, get their advice and make a decision from there.
Since your not drag racing I would want all the tire grip you can get and put in the most minimum stall available. Even a bone stock C5 with a blower at 10lbs is going to easily light up the tires in first and second with issues in third as well!
