Hot Brakes
I recently changed (50 miles ago) the rotors and the pads and I drove it the other day and noticed the front brakes where very hot. Is this normal or did I srew up somewhere. The back brakes were just fine, Thanks, Derald

If you dont feel there is a problem like the calipers sticking or pulling, then youre probably fine. Front brakes handle the majority of braking and will get hot to the touch for sure.

Are they aftermarket slotted or drilled rotors? If so the vanes on the rotor must turn a certain way to cool them or else they'll be hotter than normal and you dont want early heat stress cracks. BTW, you mean hotter than normal right?
