low beams on PS not working?

Default low beams on PS not working?
the same bulb works on the DS... what would cause this?

Do the high beams work? If so, you know that the ground is intact. Start out by checking fuse #8 in the underhood fuse block

high beams work on both sides... low beams only work on drivers side
