Torque Wrench?
Can someone tell me where I can purchase a torgure wrench. In general it would be useful to have, but since some of us take our wheels off to clean, it would be good to have this to make sure I properly torgue down the lug nuts.
TIA :smash: :smash: :smash: :smash:

Take a look at the one offered by Home Depot. It's a 1/2" drive, 25-150# adjustable, click-type, and comes in a molded case for $50. I really like it.

Re: Torque Wrench? (cisco)
I just bought a 25 - 250 Lb. Ft. 1/2" drive "Husky" torque wrench from Home Depot. I have access to a torque analyser at work to verify torque. This wrench is within 1 Lb. Ft. from 50 to 225 Lb. Ft. That is great accuracy for a
$60. torque wrench. By the way. You really shouldn't use a torque wrench in the last 10% of its range due to the fact that the accuracy falls off. Good Luck. mIKE

The Home Depot micrometer-style Huskys are good. I've got three of them, a 50 in-lb max, a 100 ft lb max, and a 250 ft-lb max.
Have to have quality sockets and extensions too. I've cracked cheap sockets and twisted a 4" 3/4" extension into a spiral using these wrenches.

I have 4 Sears Craftsman - they stand behind the product and have always replaced any tool that goes bad, even if it has been my fault.
