i was wondering what kind of exhaust pipe to buy to replace some on my 99 frc i need to delete the cats and was wondering what the best kind of pipe is to buy

There are a couple of options for you. Most people replace what is called the 'Cat-back'. This is the section after the cats, just before the rear axle, which uncludes the mufflers.

There is also the factory 'H Pipe' that contains the cats. I've replaced mine with the X-pipe, wiht two high-flow cats.

The other part of the exhaust is replacing the exhaust manifolds with headers.

i have a catback and am installing long tubes to the stock h pipe and need to modify the stock midsection (h-pipe) and need to buy some exhaust pipe material to do this and i just need to know what type of exhaust pipe will work (stainless... aluminized etc)

You can weld stainless pipe to the original exhaust if you use a tig welder with stainless filler rod.
