what is the difference between aftermarlet 97-00 headers and 2001-04 headers. looking to buy a set and want to know if 2001-04 will work on a 2000 frc. please help

Location of the "air system" flanges are in different locations.

Unless you want to modify the headers or your airflow setup wait for a set that is specific to your setup.

So if you delete your AIR system there is no difference at all?
