Performance #'s?

Performance #'s?
I know I'm not usually over here in this section, but my cousin (used to have a pretty mild/wild 92 LT1) has decided to buy a 97 M6. SO, what would be the course of modification we would need to do to it? Here's my plan, anyone have slips to back up mods?
1.) Air Intake
2.) 3.75 Gears
3.) Slicks
4.) Headers/Pipes/No Mufflers

Well, no gains on my intake, but I didn't fall off as much as everyone else did. The last time we went to the track it was much much cooler.
My best that day was 12.82 at 113
My friends C5 went 12.8 at 112
My friends WS6 went 13.0 at 109
This time
my best was 12.901 at 112
C5 was 13.3 at 110
WS6 was 13.3 at 107(he added 3.73 gears and drag radials)
The average between them was a -.4, mine was less then .1 So I'm gonna say it was good for .2-.3 tenths. Dyno showed 13 HP and 14 TQ gain
