Problems with tracing ...Horn
98 Coupe
having checked the fuses and about to check the voltage at the connections of the horn's leads, would the only other problem be with the horns and the horn switch in the sterring wheels air bag??????

Try taking the cover off of the fuse panel under the hood, and listen for the relay to
click when you push the horn button. If it clicks it is probably a bad relay-easily replaced. That is what was wrong with my 2000 vert. The horn would work intermittenly, actually it rarely worked. A new relay costs around 16 bucks from Oreillys-apretty cheap fix.
