Ignition left on for 3 days......

Is it possible that any relays,fuel pump,ignition components,etc.,etc. may have been damaged or had their useful "lives" shortened by this stupid mistake? :confused:

To answer your question, no. Recharge your battery and you'll be good to go.

You should not have any other problems. How did you manage to leave the ignition on for the three days?

Yes, low battery is the only thing to expect!

Doesn't the computer shut everything down after about 15 minutes of inactivity anyways?

If I did that the only thing that would be effected would be the gas gauge. My kids know better, but if the keys where in it......well, you know! Glad you were so lucky. :yesnod:

Thanks guys for the peace of mind.I carefully charged the battery and all is well.I am the dummy who turned on the ignition to roll down the windows in the car and then just got out and walked away.Senility is my only defense............. :lol:
