unerdrive pulley help!!

unerdrive pulley help!!
I have 2001 m6 with 125 shot nitrous and this is second time under drive pulley came out all the way touching rack and pinion.
Bolt is loosing…bolt and pulley barely hang it there. I made little search and found out I'm not the only one has same problem…
Looks like some people have the answer done it right. please help.
I have no idea how workshop fix the problem last time but I would like to do it myself this time.
First, what kind of pulley, bolt and brand should I buy?
There some people say pin on pulley but I’m not sure which one are the best for secure bolt it down permanently.
And complete the job which tools do I need it and where can I get it. Of course I need all the accessories information should I buy it too.
I guess this is biggest project I ever start ^^. Can’t believe workshop anymore.
One last thing if anyone has step by step install pic. Or any tips for install It will be great help.

About 5month ago and they don't know what to do now. They offer bolt down again for me but I guess they not really professional on ls1 or corvette.
