You can move the seat bottom foam and skin from side to side. The holes on the outside just end up on the inside when swapped so they can't be seen. The stock seat backs have a cloth insert on the inside of each seat. This would be on the outside if you swapped the backs. Other than that there is no difference in the seat backs.
