Comp 850-16 lifter preload
I'm finishing up the build on my 347/F1 build and am down to ordering pushrods. I have the adjustable pushrod length checker from comp. I have measured at TDC on #1 and have come up with 7.3375 (6.800+10.75X.050) at zero lash.
My question is what is the proper preload for these Comp cams 850-16 OE replacement lifters?
Also I measured while the motor was on the stand at TDC. It had been sitting at TDC for about 2 weeks. Now that I think about it, will this sque the measurement being that the lifters might have bled down?
