Default Intake help??

Have a 99 coupe. Cold air, Torqure II cam 230/232 dur 595 lift 112 LA,
LT headers, no cats, X pipe, Corsa touring cat back, underdrive pully.

I want to upgrade the intake manifold as well as heads (both stock LS1)
I will not be able to afford all at once. Do I upgrade the intake first, or the heads??? Can I even upgrade the heads with out upgrading the intake? Kinda looking at LS6 for both pieces? From what I can research, I will not be able to upgrade the intake without also upgrading the throttlebody. Is this true? What would be the best setup intake/head wise for this cam. Don't really want anything too wild as it is driven very often.. Any info would be great. Car has a mailin tune currently and runs really good although I think it is a bit "safe/rich". Should I just get a good street tune and be done????

Really need some input as I am stumbling to make the righ desicion!

Thanks for any help guys!!

Save your money and do the heads and intake upgrade at one time. Then get a good dyno tune....call it a day.
