Climate Control "OFF" switch...

Default Climate Control "OFF" switch...
I have a 2000 FRC with dual climate control. AC works great. Heat works great. However, the OFF button won't shut the unit completely off.

Anyone experienced this before? Dirty contact in switch maybe? Any hints/suggestions before I pull the controller to check it out?

Just a few days ago. I checked the DIC and there were no HVAC codes.
