Tune it to perfection in SD mode first, then re-enable the MAF, and tune it in until the same results are achieved.
My tuner has me in SD and I'm still fighting issues. Going back tomorrow for some follow-up. Off idle to 2k, some sputtering and hesitation. 2200 on up including WOT seem fine. Any extended idling at all will start to load up. Already burned up a set of free flows...
Can cruise at 60 mph and watch the fuel gauge drop.

Air density changes with temperature and humidity. If you're car is mainly street driven in a variety of atmospheric conditions then a speed density tune doesn't make sense. Also dialing in the VE in open loop is an unnecessary step in the tuning process if your utilizing the MAF. As is chasing fuel trims. Keep your MAF enabled and focus on dialing in your enrichment rate and main spark tables.
