I am looking at buying these wheels I found with mickey thompson slicks on them. I have a stock C5 and just need to know if they will fit in the rear without doing anything??

15x10 with 6.5 back spacing? Tires are 29.5x10.5x15.

will they fit or not?

car is a 2000 C5 6 speed.

A 15 inch wheel won't fit a C5. Because of the size of the rear disk and caliper.

not even close. Rim is the wrong diameter and backspacing and the tire is too tall.
You can run a 26" slick on a stock car and squeeze in a 28" tire if you remove the inner fender liner.

I run MT 26x11.5x17 on stock wagon wheels. It was cheap and they hook really well
