Default Brake Rotor Help

I have a 2001 Z06 with the following front (after market) Rotor dimensions:

13.625" OD
1.25" thick
8.5" distance for the mounting holes to the hat.

I got these years ago and purchaed a few extra rotors but the time has come that I need more. I got this "brake kit" from someone who I think is no longer in business and they seem to have mixed and matched to make it (Willwood calipers but the rotor is not a willwood).

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I might be able to get a pair (or 3) of rotors that fit the above dimensions?

Rotor looks like the following:

Thank you in advance.

Those look like Wilwood GT rotors.
The other option would be to send an old rotor to Coleman or go to their website and get an order form and fill out the needed dimesions and they will make you new ones. They run between $105 - $200 per rotor depending on exact dimensions and whether you want slotted, plain, balanced, hardened etc.

Rotor (if exactly as shown) is a Wilwood GT as stated.

Specs for that however are not off the shelf. The GT rotor is common in 13.06 x 1.25 as well as some slightly smaller 12.0 and larger 14.0 versions. While it's possible that a 14 was cut down for the spec you list this will be evident by the OD coming in contact with the end of the gas slots or loss of the cup shape end. The distance from one mounting hole across to the other varies by casting and hole qty. If you would like some more help you can pm me and we can review the exact number.
