they prob make a replacement pig tail for it, i had to replace my cam position sensor connector.
you would just cut and solder (best) the wires to the old harness.
whats wrong with your's?
For about a year now I've been having trouble code problems, primarily P0113 that always comes on. We ran a few tests using hp tuners and many times, my vehicle thinks it is 7 degrees farenheit outside and my car runs really rich. There was a period where my vehicle wouldn't go past 106 and now for some reason it at WOT, it caps at 4k rpm only in 4th gear.
The guy who did my tune for me on hptuners is a pretty smart guy and we messed around with the wires on the maf harness and perhaps there was a bad connection or something because he readjusted the wires that go into the harness and the car was back to normal. Because of this, I think it would be best just to replace the whole thing.
well i sorta has that problem with mine while at tuners this week - it was flaky - ended up the maf was bad and causing it to behave erratic.
I already changed my maf with a new one. I am fairly certain it is has something to do with the grey wire that goes into the harness (IAT sensor wire) because that is what the p0113 code refers to. The IAT will also directly contribute to the air a/f ratio because the car thinks it is really cold outside. This also is in line with my other problem, where my car use to have the traction control warm up come on every time I started up.
As far as which one of these to buy on that site, there are two available. Are these universal or something? You also said that you have to splice them. Are there any you can buy that you just remove the old one and hook the new one up?

You did say the "harness" not just the connector. If it's only the connector see the link posted in this thread. If in fact the harness needs to be replaced you will need to find the pin(s) on the PCM where the MAF connects. Then it's a matter of running a new lenght of wire from the MAF to the PCM. Don't overlook any juctions along the way too.

I believe it is the wires leading into the actual plastic piece that connects to the maf. Either way the entire plastic piece and the wires going into need to be replaced.
GM has the pig tail. I replaced mine due to an intermittent open at the connector. Just cut the old wires off and solder and heat shrink the new on in place. 15 minutes top.

Heat shrink is a type of insulation for the splice. You buy it as tubes, there are different size for different wire sizes. You use a heat gun to shrink it on to the splice. It makes a very good seal, well if you use the right size. So be careful to use the right size and that your splice will fit into it. You just slide it on to the wire before you do the splice, then slide ti back and shrink it. I found some marine grade ones at harbor freight it made a very good seal. For the MAF it would be a great choice, just don't use it where temps get very high like the exhaust manifolds.
