Default fuel pump noise
hello all my 2000 has a fuel pump noise, i have read some of the replys of others. on my 2000 is whine normal fuel press normal just noisy. any pictures of the fuel tank with the 2 pump set up would be great.

Is it less noisy when the tank is full and louder when the tank is empty?

well its at 3/4 now its a steady pumping as in all gm cars just wondering if this is normal on 2000

sorry still dont know how this site works yet well its not a whime but a pumping noise dont have a lift to determine which is bad or is it

My car is a 2001. It was close to being dead empty last week and I noticed a whine from the fuel pump. After I filled it up the noise went away. Not sure if its normal but thats what happened with me.
