Default Another Grinding/Shutter in low 1st gear HELP

I have done some searching and have not found anyone too similar to my problem. My car has been doing a chatter noise when I start to leave off of a redlight in 1st gear. Today it got to a point where it was grinding so loud that it sounded like I trying to force the car in gear. My car a 2002 Z06 with a textalia clutch drives just fine, but when you rev it past 1k rpms in first to leave from a stop it grinds and shutters. If I bogg the car and let the clutch all the way out it will NOT GRIND. Also when the clutch is disengaged and the car is in neutral I can hear a very faint chatter coming from my shifter area (this may just be the textralia, but that is why I am posting). The Grinding noise is 100% coming from flywheel area, my dad heard it while on our lift. My thoughts are pressure plate or throwout bearing I am leaning towards the throwout bearing. I am most likely going to start tearing the car down tomorrow and try to purchase the TO bearing/slave from GM also, that is unless you guys can tell me otherwise. Also if the verdict is TO can someone who has repaired this give me some advice, and not a "cajundude" link please.

Thanks for reading

The entire clutch/shift assembly works together. Since you will be there it is best to replace everything and inspect everything.

clutch
pressure plate
flywheel
slave
master
check torque tube bushings and bearings
add remote bleeder
