A-pillar, single guage pod
Does anyone make a guage pod that replaces the A-pillar piece but only has ONE pod in it???
I really don't need 2 gauges mounted.
TIA

You can always use a seconds guage. Fuel pressure, Air/ Fuel, Boost, Nitous pressure, Transmission temp.. you get the idea..

I'd check with AutoMeter directly.

Re: A-pillar, single guage pod (ICULUKN-C5)
yes I'm aware of all the different gauges that I could use to monitor other things but I only want to monitor n2o pressure.
Checked autometer and they have plenty of single pod pillars for other cars, not the vette though.
Plus there is the added cost of having to put a 2nd gauge for something I don't really care to monitor...
Now if someone wants to give me a useful gauge, then I might go to a 2 gauge pod setup... :D

Is it possible to have a guage for the transmission temp?

Check out
http://www.carrollsupercharging.com
I have a single gauge pod mounted on my A-pillar that they installed for my boost gauge. Looks like stock. I'm sure they'd be able to get one to you.

Re: A-pillar, single guage pod (mhefner)
Fuel Pressure is important.
EGT can help you estimate A/F ratios, if you correlate to Wideband data across rpms from a dyno.

Re: A-pillar, single guage pod (Road_runner)
You already have the transmission temp on the DIC. I'm sure it wouldent be too hard to tap into the wiring for that sensor and add another gauge for it. but why would you?
