Default Sometimes will not start!!

Please help. My girlfriends 2001 Convertible will sometimes not start. The starter is working but it just does not seem to fire. We pulled the list of codes and they are all history codes. Some I am not even sure as to what they are:
10-PCM - Powertrain Control Module

P1683H
C1237H High System Supply Voltage

28-TCS - Traction Control System
C1288H

58-SPM
B1000H

A0-LDCM - Left Door Control Module
B2282H Battery #1 Fault
B2284H Battery #2 Fault
U1064H Loss of Communications with BCM

A1-RDCM - Right Door Control Module
B2283H Battery #1 Fault
B2285H Battery #2 Fault
B2265H Horizontal Position Sensor Fault
U1064H Loss of Communications with BCM

A6-SCM - Seat Control Module
B2605H Seat Front Vertical Position Sensor Failure
B2606H Seat Rear Vertical Position Sensor Failure
B2607H Seat Horizontal Position Sensor Failure
B2860H

B0-RFA - Remote Function Actuation
U1000H Loss of Communication Undetermined
U1064H Loss of Communication with BCM

On the display recently she will get service active handling/traction control which will turn on/off automatically while driving down a smooth road at 70 miles an hour.
I drive a 2000 coupe and to eliminate a bad battery we swapped them between mine and her cars. Mine still has not had any problems with her battery but she is still having the same problem starting the car once in a while with mine. She had it at the dealer about 5 weeks ago and they say they pressurized the fuel line and could not recreate the problem. But now it is back. I dont think that was a fix at all. I am thinking possibly the BCM needs replace to fix the active handling display error but would this maybe be the problem in getting it started also? Any help is appreciated. Just dont want to become stranded somewhere.

Sounds like the BCM isn't communicating with anything intermittently. I would suggest that you clear all the codes then monitor them and see what reappears. First thought, look at the BCM in the passenger footwell and see if there is or has been any water on it. If so, check the udders for blockage. There is a "star" connector very close to the BCM which is sort of like a communications hub. You want to make sure its clean and tight. Inside the engine compartment, Bill Curlee has taken some excellent photos of a ground that sits on the frame between the battery and the fuse box. You want to make sure its clean and tight. Past all that, I suggest a PM to Bill as he's the expert.
