cant find engine squeak !!!! any ideas

cant find engine squeak !!!! any ideas
In the past week or so i noticed a loud squeak when the car is cold , after a few minutes it seems to go away . I changed out the tensioner pulley and the belt , with no main belt on no noise , ( rulled out the a/c belt ) anyone have any ideas ?
I can't narrow it down , maybe the water pump ? It is a 2001
with 24,000 miles

after reading some other posts , i cleaned the balancer pulley and all the other grooves , tried the bar of soap trick and the noise is gone , this seems to be a common problem , thanks for the input to the other posts . i should have read a little more first .
