Default Where do the antenna leads plug into something??

Yes, I know they eventually extend out to the back of the radio.

I specifically need to find out where the AM antenna lead first connects to other leads or boxes.

Reason - my 2004 Coupe had a Sirus Radio and Sirus antenna mounted on Targa roof piece. Previous owner had removed Sirus radio before selling car (I bought it) but did not re-connect the AM antenna lead at it's first connection point. I've had the radio out looking in the back of dash but its not there, must connect somewhere else - anyone know where???

PS - also looked behind plastic piece on driver's side in seat belt area, cant find AM antenna lead. Could it be overhead in the Targa band?

Thanks for any help.

You could try tracing the antenna wire back from the signal amplifier box. It is located behind the paneling on the left rear of the drivers seat side.

The signal amplifier has 4 connections, 1 input for the rear antenna, 1 for the front, and 1 output for the radio. The other connection is for the wiring harness.

Sounds like my answer could be there, I think the previous owner pulled the AM lead and plugged in the Sirus antenna lead there, I'll have to go in and try to find the AM lead/plug.
Thanks
