The U codes are typically "no communication" codes between the various computer modules...in your case, the right and left door control modules, and the remote function module.
They are quite common to see, especially if the battery has been disconnected, and usually don't indicate a real problem.
I would not be concerned about any of them, unless you are experiencing problems with any of those systems (and since they are history codes, I'd guess you're not), reset and enjoy!

Also, as for code identification, I've never actually seen a full, complete list.
I have a couple lists here, but every once in a while, someone posts a code that isn't listed.
Easiest way to find your answer is to google it, simply type in the code "P0420" for example, and you'll get results. Most OBDII trouble codes are universal among all OBDII generation cars...a P0300 on a C5 means the same thing as a P0300 on a Toyota or BMW.
In this case, the U codes can be the same number for many different modules, like what you posted, you have 3 different U1064 codes...but each one is for a different module. The meaning will be the same for all though.

The code might mean the same thing but the diagnostic may be different. The code really doesn't tell you what is wrong but only indicates the area to look in. A list of codes is incrementally better than useless without the diagnostic procedures to go with them.

Of course...that's why I have a service manual too.
