Tie rod end adjusting/jam nuts
What size is the jam nut on the tie rod ends? 22mm wrench? I need to buy the correct size wrench to open the nut before I can adjust the toe.
When trying to open the jam nut the rod end moves and then stops at the end of it's stroke (obviousely). Is it then ok to continue to apply the needed force to break the jam nut loose (using the tie rod end itself as a stop) or do I need to hold the rod with another wrench?
