Default Need some help with identifying items

I had to pull my passenger side carpet and don't know if these things are normal or what they are used for.

Looks like an antenna wire but it doesn't go anywhere.

Looks like aftermarket radio wires but radio is stock bose and everything works normally. two wires are not connected and one of the wires on the fuseholders is broken.

This is not in the footwell but dangles on the drivers side window post and needs to be removed or mounted but I don't know what it is or where it is supposed to be mounted.

My guess is these are all related to an old cell phone mount from the previous owner but not sure. I really just want to make sure they are not important so i can remove them.

Ok so I disconnected everything with no i'll effects so i'm going to assume the cell phone mount theory was correct but I still don't know what the thing on the window post is. Can anyone identify it ?????
