AC condensor drain problem

AC condensor drain problem
I was going to clean my ac drain tube because I had water in the passenger footwell and when I got down to it it was not there. I dont know if I knocked it off or it was just missing. Can this cause a problem and can it be plugged on the inside of the housing causing the leak. I never see water under the car after parking so I am sure the drain is plugged. I am going to leave the carpet out and search further for the leak. I guess I'm really asking if I should replace the rubber drain tube or leave it off.

You can go without the udders, but they do help from getting varmits and stuff to come inside the car. I would probably not run without something there very long. You might be able to make some sort of udder to go there. If you can get one of the others off you can see how they are made, size and how they attach.
