while driving the other day still had 3/4 tank of gas and gauge went to empty and low fuel light and check cauges light came on.Cleared code 10 pcm 1431 ac and gauge started working so i thought.But with gauge reading 1/4 tank car ran out of gas filled back up but gauge still acting up.
Sounds like a gas problem to me. I would fill it up with Chervon and add a can of sea foam that's what I've been useing in my 02 coupe have had no problems with the gas gauge.

i read it was some kind of corrocion build up or something but yeah good gas and an cleaner does the trick most of the time
you have sulfer deposits forming on the fuel sending units.. Techron is needed on a regular basis or you will eventually have to replace the sending units, which is not cheap
