I just completed my clutch swap along with an assorted of other mods here and there. I cannot get my clutch quick disconnect to snap back together. What am i doing wrong?? Its driving me nuts and this is the last thing i have to do to test and drive the car lol....Any help would be great! Jay
push harder, maybe the clutch is ill fitting and pushing against the slave causing pressue on the line?? just a guess
never had this problem, take a look at the oring also
The O ring looks fine, thats what i was thinking about the press in the line that i should bleed out from the other port when i go to put it back on. Ill try today and hopefully ill get it in there. Jay

Ok sounds like i need to throw alittle more MAN to it I just wasnt sure how hard this thing was to get to snap back in. Obviously pretty darn hard. Thanks, Jay

I used a pair of channel lock pliers to squeeze it together. It was easier to get together than to get apart. Sounds like some of my past relationships.

Crack the bleeder screw on the slave and it will push together easier. You are fighting hydraulic pressure.
Had this happen before and you are correct. I bench bled the Master and slave and then assembled the tranny.....
Went to connect the quick disconnect and I fought that bastard for a while before this dawned on me. Crack the bleeder and let off just a tid-bit of pressure. Worked like a Champ!
