Parking Brake Lever GONE
I did a search for others with this problem and didn't come across anything. I am missing the small lever where the parking brake connects to the rear drum type brake assembly. I went to the dealer a tried to buy the piece and they wanted $250 for the kit that included it. Called a couple of salvage yards and they won't sell me just that piece either......
What I need is the adjuster assembly with the star wheel on it. Somehow, the small lever has come out of the back of it so that the parking brake cable is just dangling under the car with nothing to connect to. Does anyone know where I can buy this piece or have some spare parts or a wrecked car sitting around?
