01 Z06 misfiring

01 Z06 misfiring
So I'm getting a slight vibration at around 2300RPMs, and I also can feel it in neutral while holding my revs at around 2300RPMs , and sounds like there is a misfire and shake , just enough to be noticable.
I notice it cause it always ran very smooth threw the RPMs, until now.
Ive treid new spark plugs , but still the same thing. could it be a coil pack? is there any way of checking or testing coil packs? Or does anyone think its something else?
The engine does have some mods such as a cam , intake ,TB , long tube headers, and high flow cats with X pipe.

Does it idle fine? Have you listened to it idle standing over the motor with the hood open?
It may very well be a coil pack, but I haven't heard of too many going bad unless you have those crappy MSD coil packs. Not sure if they can be tested for resistance with an Ohm meter or something?

I have a similar problem at almost the same RPM's, I think it may be bad gas.
Does it bog, when you jump on it?

I just filled it again with fresh tank of fuel , and don't feel any bogging , but i still feel the slite shake at around 2300rpm then feels smoother after 3000rpms, power is still strong and responsive .
