Default PO300 Random Missfire

I got the PO300 random missfire last night outta the blue. Pulled the plugs, wires. The front pass. side plug was only one wet with gas and all the carbon wiped clean off the ring at the top of the threads. The other 7 were all fine. Now for the experts, could this be a bad plug?( plug looked fine otherwise). Bad wire? Wire looked fine too, or possibly the single coil pack?? Should I just do plugs, wires and try? If still missfires then replace the coil? What do you guys think? BTW my Z06 has only 12.5K miles. Plugs were replaced last summer when I bought the car ( TR55's). Wires are original.

Thanks

Derek

Start cheap AND easy....Plug then wire....don't think you will need to go further if you are a little lucky...Probably broke wire at your plug change

Yeah most of my wires looked pretty crusty inside the boot being 6 years old. Threw new TR55's in today, and have some Taylor 409 10.4 mm LS1 wires ordered to be here and installed on my car by Friday. That should do the trick I think.
