Default What to do for low-end HP ?

What kind of bolt-ons can I do for Low-end HP without having to get into supercharger or head/cam ? I have intake/exhaust/x-pipe done ...but what else can I do if there are any ?

If headers aren't included in "exhaust" above then you might consider a good set of longtube headers.

From a SOTP feel perspective a set of gears would give you a nice boost, though for C5's they are a bit pricey.

If you have an automatic you might consider a slightly larger torque converter.

I'm sure you mean low end torque-----the off the line force that pins you back in the seat.

A set of gears will really help you out. 3.73-3.90 for the 6-speeds and 3.42s for the autos.

Another mod that gave me lots of torque was the Powerloader. Lots of people think the Powerloader doesn't do much for you in the 6-speed. They are wrong. The Powerloader gives you alot of low end torque. You really have to drive a Powerloaded car to know what I'm talking about.

3.73 gears, TTS Long Tube Headers, and a Powerloader would get you quite a bit more low end grunt. If you want any details or pricing on the headers or powerloader, drop me an email.

I would go for a deeper rearend ratio if you don't want to get into the engine. It's not adding low end power like you asked, but it will feel like you did. :smash:

I would have to agree with Matt. Even though it is a A4 & yours a MN6....come drive mine & see what you think.
