Default Intake torque Specs

Guys: I'm gonna replace the oil pressure sensor today, and I was reading the great write up posted on this site on how to do this. The only thing it didn't mention was the torque specs on replacing the intake manifold and the oil pressure sensor (Also did anyone use teflon tape on the sensor or is the paint that comes on the threads enough?). Does anyone know this? Also the new gasket set came with two pieces of adhesive backed foam. What are these for?

Here are the torque specs for the entire car:

This should be up in the sticky at the top.

That's not paint, it thread sealant...

I have no idea what you are referring to with the foam. Is it grey in color?
