Need advice / help with some BCM codes

B0502 RH DRL Relay Circuit
B0507 LH DRL Relay Circuit
B2482 Backup Lamp Relay Circuit
I can clear the codes and they come right back as "C" (current0 as soon as I turn on the ignition (without starting the car).
I did have a little problem a week or so back. I had some body work done and when they put the nose back on, they pinched the turn signal wire. As soon as I flipped a turn signal on, the fuse would blow and the turn signal stop working. Same with emergency flashers. (fuse numbers 8 & 15 in the passenger footwell). The body shop fixed the problem and everything works now, but I still get these codes, even though all is working fine.
Any thoughts on why?? Were modules damaged / weakened with the shorting out and need to be replaced??
BTW, I also just replaced my battery as the old one was getting weak.
Thanks.

I just now noticed that my driver side front yellow running light next to turn signal light is not working. Have to check that out.
Another problem is I have the lock function to flash lights only when I lock the car. The only thing that flashes are the fog lamps. Nothing else. I believe it should be all the body lights too.
This is from the Service Manual.DTC B0502
Circuit Description
The BCM provides control for the R DRL relay circuit. The BCM grounds the R DRL relay control circuit in order to energize the R DRL relay andturn ON the RF turn signal. This allows the RF turn signal to be used for DRL, UTD, and approach lighting functions. The BCM monitors the voltage levelon the R DRL relay control circuit. When the BCM commands the relay ON, the voltage level on the R DRL relay control circuit should be low. When the relay is OFF, the voltage on the R DRL relay control circuitshouldbe high. If the BCM detects a voltage level other than expected,a malfunctionis present and a DTC will set.
Conditions for Setting the DTC
The BCM detects a low voltage level (an open or a short to ground) in the R DRL relay control circuit.
The BCM can only test for this condition with the R DRL relay de-energized.
This condition must be present for 2 seconds.
Action Taken When the DTC Sets
Stores a DTC B0502 in the BCM memory.
Conditions for Clearing the DTC
This DTC requires an ignition cycle in order to change from current to history.
The BCM no longer detects a low voltage level in the R DRL relay control circuit only with the R DRL relay de-energized.
A history DTC will clear after 50 consecutive ignition cycles if the condition for the malfunction is no longer present.
Use the IPC clearing DTCs feature.
The BCM receives the Clear Code command from the scan tool.
Diagnostic Aids
The following conditions may cause an intermittent malfunction:
There is an intermittent open or short to ground in the R DRL relay control circuit.
There is high resistance in the relay coil.
There are poor connections at the BCM, the I/P fuse block, or the R DRL relay terminals.
The R DRL relay is shorted or open internally.
If the R DRL relay control circuit is shorted to ground, the R DRL will remain ON at all times and the RH turn signal will not flash. If the R DRL relay control circuit is open, the R DRL will remain OFF atall times, but the RH turn signal will still function normally.
If the DTC is a history DTC, the problem may be intermittent. Perform the tests shown while moving related wiring and connectors. This canoften cause the malfunction to occur. Refer to Testing for Intermittent and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems.

Still no flashing of lights except fog lamps when locking the car.
Codes I get now are:
BCM:
B0502 RH DRL Relay Circuit
B0507 LH DRL Relay Circuit
B2482 Backup Lamp Relay Circuit
and all three of LDCM, RDCM, RFA:
U1064 Loss communication with BCM
So the hunt continues. Gonna drive it around a bit, clear codes a couple of times, then continue the search.

All the U1064s have disappeared after the first reset, so that seems to be OK.
After the first couple resets, the B0507 stopped showing up, then the B0502 stopped showing up with only the B2483 consistently showing up evey time. Then, on the final drive to home and once in the garage, I now have all three back as current....B0502, B0507, B2482.
With the B0502 and B0507 being intermittent, maybe need to check the grounds now.
And only the fog lamps flash upon lock still.
