i have a 99 c5. When i put the turnsignals on signal's blink fast but only inb the front, the rears on the other hand dont work at all. The tailights are working but if i put the signals on, the passenger rear goes out. The hazards work just fine. Also if i apply the brakes only the right side goes out. I replaced the bulbs and no luck. Can someone please help me?? Thanks guys.

either a bad hazard switch or the column stalk switch.
If you leave hazards on for a few minutes do they act goofy ?? If not it's the column stalk switch.
It's not very likely to be the hazard switch. The signal wires for the individual bulbs do not pass through the hazard switch so if you have just one light that flashes then the hazard is working at least well enough to flash them all.
The tail lights and the turn signals are completely different circuits that have no common connections. Since both are acting up, I'd suspect the ground for the rear lights. I believe it's one of the studs that you can find just to the back of the rear wheels on the side of the frame. Hopefully someone else can confirm.

Unless I'm just being a little on the slow side today (possible ), I'm thinking the headlight switch and the "multi-function stalk" are one in the same Tony.

I haven't turn the headlights on in a long time since I have TS on mine, sorry for the goof.

Oh, that's right. I forgot about your setup. No wonder.
I guess with me it's more of a case of being so actively involved with my headlights the last few weeks, ever since installing some of The Radio Flyer's HID "Light Cannons". I was doing extensive troubleshooting to resolve a headlight door problem and part of that included taking my headlight switch (multi-function) apart for inspection. I finally got the problem corrected.
This is most likely a case of a bad Multifunction Switch. I had a very similar problem a month ago. Order the part from the GM discount site for around 140-150 and do the repair with a torx and socket set. I heard GM gets like 800 for parts and labor so if you can do it yourself, save the 650. If your in the Central FL area I'd be glad to help you out!
