Do I call them for my application. I havn't really seen any horsepower claims with any of the highflow cats! I will have TPI long tubes, donaldson and SLP loudmouth. If there are not any gains with the high flow cats, is it really worth doing?
Gains depend on mods. I'd expect 8-10rwtq and 0-5rwhp.
RT Cats are definitely the most expensive.
Mostly moot point for 90% of the exhaust/mufflers out there.
RT might be a hair better but the $/hp or tq for that matter isn't there.
Anyone using the C&Ls with TPIS headers? Also are TPIS headers 2.5" on each side?
I am. Yes, 2.5" per side. I welded the TPIS H-Pipe directly to the front of the cats. Like most aftermarket cats you'll need to tilt them at a slight angle when fitting. Maybe lke 15* or so. You'll also want to trim the flash around the edges of the cats. A good exhaust shop will know what to do. Also welded them together in a spot to reduce them rubbing/vibrating against each other.

I didn't see any gains on the dyno, but I raced a friend with an '01 with the same mods except for the cats (he had stock cats,) and I actually pulled him through 3rd gear before we got out of it. Here are some pics of my install.
