Default Ebrake Question

Ok my vette failed inspection because of the ebrake doesn't hold the car up to 1200rpm.. I tested it out and I can get it to hold the car when in reverse but not in 1st.. Is this normal?

Who the hell revs it up to 1200 with the e brake on??? Sounds like they had their head up their tail when they designed this "inspection."

Sounds like something one of those rice drifter guys would be into!! But vinny's right. Pull the rotors and adjust as needed. Even a dumb fireman can do it!!!

BUT NOT SIMPLE.
Real rotors off after removing bolts at 125 ft lbs.
Mine were like that before I adjusted now will stop a train.
