Will an engine harness out of a 2001 Corvette ZO6 work in a 2001 Corvette Convertible A4?

Two different part numbers! I know that dosn't completly answer your question.

Probably not because of the transmission. Also there was some changes to C102 on late model 2001's.

It would be best to check the end connectors and see which one you have. There are date stamps by the connectors behind the battery.
