i thought the gains were noticeable. i changed my oil pressure sensor while i was at it. i also cleaned all the gunk out of the heads (IT WAS HORRIBLE). my car has 100k miles. i also cleaned the throttle body which was a bit dirty also. i cut away the ribs so i could keep the stock coolant pipes and it worked fantastic. i really didnt think i would notice much of a difference. i think a lot of it may have had to do with cleaning all the gunk out of the heads.

Manual. My car is a 99. 2001 and up already have the LS6 intake. I mention this only cause I've seen some people run out and buy a new intake hoping for some improvement, and they already had it. My next upgrade is going to be a ported throttle body and I'll see if that's a gain you can feel for under $100. bucks.

You are correct;post 01 vettes have the LS-6 intake. The p/p
throttlebody will give you a couple of hp maybe even 6 or 8
on the outside but the best part is immediate throttle response.
You will think you have picked up 25 hp. Have fun.
