On my 2000 Vert, the driver's door squeaks loudly when opened. I've lubed it several times of course.
There is a roller on one of the hinges that is near impossible (gravity) to get lube into (between the roller itself and it's spindle), and that's what's squeaking on my car.
It looks like it's permaswaged in place. Has anybody a way of lubricating this? Drill a hole through the roller maybe, to allow grease/oil in?
Go to NAPA and get a small tub or tube of Chassis grease, and an small acid brush. Then you gat grease the hinges no matter if they are upside down or not. The chassis grease is thicker and won't evaporate away. Benn doing this for the last 40 years and it works every time.: yesnod:
