Still didnt make any diffference. On a side note, not sure if this is related but my car is also blowing hot air constantly out of the lower vents on the drivers side only. It can be 60 degrees outside and the engine not particularly hot but the air coming out is close to 85 or 90 and i cant turn it off

At the risk of being flamed and offering a simplistic solution...why not try a can of Sea Foam? I had similar sounding problems on two vehicles and for several weeks now, the problems have not resurfaced. Will cost you about $9.00 and a trip to an auto store. 1/3 can into gas-1/3 down brake booster vacuum.....shut off engine, wait 15 minutes, start up and wait for smoke to quit.....Nothing ventured, nothing gained...

Vacuum hose....Get the GF to hold RPM @ 2000.....pull hose loose....slowley pour 1/3 into hose.....kill the engine.....wait about 15 minutes...restart....there will be a lot of smoke......go ahead and pour 1/3 into gas tank........When it's time to change your oil...pour the last 1/3 into the oil, a day or so before changing..

ok, so i did that and like so many other things it appears to have improved the idle. All major bucking at idle has ceased and it idles just like it used to or at least close. However im hesitant to admit success just yet. A lot of other things have marked improvements for a short period of time after the change is made, ie o2 sensor, cleaning maf. things like that. I did take a 140 mile drive yesterday and the issue has not returned as of yet. It still idles just a bit rough, im happy with it if it stays but my question is this, would it be detrimental to do the sea foam to the vacuum line treatment again just to be safe?
Sea foam is just a top end cleaner. The cylinder head, valves, plugs, intake, piston top all get pretty dirty after a few thousand miles. If it helped, I don't see why it would hurt to do it again. And, do it yearly or something. But, you may want to look into a catch can. They can help reduce the amount of oil from the PCV system that gets into the intake, which can reduce the grimy build up in the motor.
