C6 Non-Z06 Shocks Question
I've read that the C6Z06 shocks are a great replacement for worn out C5 shocks. How about the C6 base shocks?
My 102k mi C5 shocks are at the end of their useful life, and I friend of mine has a set of C6 base shocks for nearly free. I'm not a hard corner driver, mostly just cruising, and the occasional trip to the drag strip. I'm planning to add more power later this year for faster drag times. Any thoughts on how well the C6 base shocks would perform, compared to my worn out stockers?

Update: I went ahead and picked these up tonight. Too good of a deal to miss. I'll post up the results in a few weeks or whenever I get time to install them.
