I noticed this on my way to work this morning and was wondering if it's something I need to be concerned about.
After shifting (doesn't matter to what gear) and releasing the clutch the headlights seem to dim just a little. They dim just a 1/2 second or so and then they are bright again. It's barely noticeable.
Is this something that I need to worry about?

(hard to believe I've put a 1000 miles on it since I bought it in July!)

If the engine is dipping below idle speed, it might be understandable, but if it's happening as you're accelerating through the gears at higher RPM's, you have another problem. Pull the system voltage up on your DIC and see if it is fluctuating when it is happening. Then depending on what result you get from monitoring your voltage, you might need to pay a visit to the sticky at the top of this forum and go through your grounds and clean up your battery connections.
