Potential downtime today
I say potential because Dellhost (our hosting company) has not been so good at living up to the times they set for this upgrade so far.
We are hoping to have them do the upgrade of the operating system sometime this afternoon. The site will be down for 1 1/2 to 2 hours while it is completed. I hope to see them get it started between noon and 1:00 EST.
When this upgrade is completed we will be running the latest and greatest version of the O.S. We will also double our RAM to 2 GB. This should make for a faster, more reliable site.

Update - they looked at it again and now they think that they can get it to accept the new memory by fixing some modules and not doing the full upgrade of Redhat.
This wouldn't require much downtime at all. Just enough for a reboot. They are going to test it out on another server first to see if it works before they touch ours.
